CP Horseradish Beef

3-4 lb. pot roast
2 Tbsp. oil
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 onion chopped
6 oz. can of tomato paste
1/3 cup horseradish sauce

Directions:
Brown roast on all sides in oil in skillet (I never do that, I just place the
roast directly into the crockpot). Place in crockpot. Add remaining
ingredients.
