Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs (682.5 g) ground beef
2 medium onions, chopped
1
clove garlic, minced
salt & pepper to taste
14 oz (398 ml) can tomato
sauce
1 can water
1/2 cup (125 ml) uncooked long grain rice
4 cups (1
L) green cabbage, shredded
sour cream
Directions:
1. Combine the
beef, onions, garlic, salt, pepper, tomato sauce & water. Bring the mixture
to a boil. Then, stir in the rice. Cover & simmer for 20 minutes.

Place half of the cabbage in a greased 9 x 13 inch (22 x 33 cm) baking dish.
Cover with half of the rice mixture. Repeat the layers. Cover & bake in a
350ºF(180ºC) oven for 1 hour.
3. Serve with sour cream.
