4 medium tomatoes, chopped
1 medium onion, chopped
1/4 cup chunky salsa
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/4 cup canned chopped green chilies, optional
Directions
In a large bowl, combine the tomatoes, onion, salsa, salt and pepper. Add the chilies if desired. Cover and refrigerate for several hours. Yield: 4-1/2 to 5 cups.
