1 lg. can tomatoes
2 T. hot pepper juice
3 T. sliced jalapeno peppers
1/4 cup water -- Optional
1 1/2 t. cumin
1 1/2 t. crushed red pepper
1/2 t. garlic powder
1 medium onion -- quartered
Put all the ingredients in a blender and process for a few seconds. Chill.
