20 ounces pineapple chunks in juice -- drained
16 ounces peach slices in light syrup
11 ounces Mandarin Oranges
2 Medium bananas, whole -- very firm, sliced
1 Medium Apple -- Chopped
3 3/8 ounces instant vanilla pudding and pie filling
1 1/2 Cups Milk
1/3 Cup Frozen Orange Juice Concentrate
3/4 Cup fat-free sour cream
In a large salad bowl, combine fruits and set aside. In a small mixing
bowl, beat pudding mix, milk and orange juice concentrate for 2 minutes.
Add sour cream. Mix well.
Spoon over fruit. Toss to coat.
Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours.
