Mandarin Chicken Express

11 oz can Mandarin Oranges, drained
1 pound frozen battered chicken nuggets, cooked
White or Brown Rice, cooked
1/2 cup sweet and sour sauce
1 cup pineapple chunks, drained
1/2 cup low sodium soy sauce
12 oz pkg stir fry vegetable mix
1 tbs oil
1 onion, cut into wedges

IN SKILLET, saute onion in oil. Add vegetables and soy sauce, stir fry 5 min. Stir in pineapple and sweet and sour sauce. Add oranges and cooked chicken just before serving. Serve over rice.
