* 1/4 C fresh lemon juice
* 1 TBSP grated lemon zest
* 2 TBSP chopped fresh dill weed
* 1/4 tsp salt
* 3/4 C olive oil
* 1/2 tsp dill weed
Directions 1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and mix well.
2. Pour dressing into cruet and chill for at least 1 hour prior to
serving.
