1 C. brown sugar
1 C. Sugar
1/3 C. light corn syrup
1/4 C. water
1 1/2 C coarsely chopped pecans
1 Tbs. butter
1 tsp. vanilla extract
In a bowl, combine sugars, corn syrup, and water.
Heat 7-9 min. on high until mixture reads 238*F
(Soft ball stage) when tested with a candy thermometer.
Stir in pecans, butter and vanilla.
Let stand 2 min.
Drop by Tbs. onto well greased wax paper lined cookie sheet.
Chill until set.
