Butter Pecan Ice Cream

1 tablespoon margarine, melted

2/3 cup brown sugar

1/2 cup pecans, chopped

1/2 teaspoon maple flavoring

1 (4 serving) package instant vanilla pudding

1 (4 serving) package instant butterscotch pudding

1 pint cream

Milk (enough to fill rest of freezer after other ingredients are added)

Mix all ingredients except milk and put in 1-gallon ice cream freezer. Fill
rest of ice cream freezer with milk and freeze.
