Crockpot Texas Pulled Pork

1 can tomato sauce
1 cup bottled BBQ sauce
1/2 medium onion finely chopped
1 can (4.5 ounce) diced green chilies
1 Tablespoon chili powder
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
3 Tablespoons brown sugar
2 shakes of cayenne pepper
2 1/2 pounds well-trimmed boneless
pork loin roast
- Coleslaw

Mix sauce ingredients in a slow cooker.
Add pork then spoon sauce over pork just
to cover. Place lid on cooker and cook on
high 3 to 4 hours or on low 8 to 10 hours
until pork is fork tender. Shred pork in
sauce with two forks.
Note: To serve the South Carolina way, top
each sandwich with coleslaw.
