Fruit Salsa

PREPARE AND PLACE ALL THESE INGREDIENTS IN YOUR FOOD PROCESSOR AND PULSE TO YOUR SIZE LIKING (I GROUND TO SMALL)....FOR BEST RESULTS LET SIT OVERNIGHT BEFORE SERVING

1 GREEN BELL PEPPER, SEEDED
2 GARLIC CLOVES
1 MEDIUM ONION
2 TBSP. GRANULATED SUGAR OR TO TASTE
1 tsp SALT OR TO TASTE
1 LARGE CAN PEACH HALVES, DRAINED
1 LARGE CAN PINEAPPLE RINGS, DRAINED/RESERVED
1 LARGE CAN MANGOS, DRAINED
1 LARGE CAN PETITE DICED TOMATOES DO NOT DRAIN
1 CHIPOLTE PEPPER IN ADOBO SAUCE or more for spicier
1 TBSP ADOBO SAUCE FROM CHILI CAN or more for spicier
PINEAPPLE JUICE from drained pineapples TO TASTE (START WITH 1/4 CUP)
