Sesame Chicken

3 chicken breasts, cut into bite sized pieces
Marinade:
3-5 drops sesame oil
2 T soy sauce
2 T flour
2 T corn starch
2 T water
1 ½ t brown sugar
1 t oil
Sauce:
½ c water
1 c chicken broth
3 T vinegar
2 T corn starch
¼ c sugar <---I use brown sugar
2 T soy sauce
1 t sesame oil
1 t garlic powder
2 T toasted sesame seeds
Put marinade and chicken in bag and put in fridge for 30 minutes. Fry
chicken in hot oil and drain on paper towels. Put sauce ingredients into
skillet and cook until desired thickness. Return meat to the skillet and
heat through. Serve over rice
