2 pounds ground beef
2 qts hot water
1 can (28 oz) tomato sauce
1 can (28 oz) diced tomatoes, undrained
2 c cooked long grain rice
2 c chopped green peppers
1/4 c brown sugar
2 t salt
2 t beef bouillon granules
1 t pepper
In Dutch oven, cook beef over medium heat til no longer pink;
drain.
Stir in remaining ingredients
Bring to boil.
Reduce heat
Cover and simmer 30-40 mins til peppers are tender.
10 servings.
