Pico De Gallo

4 ripe tomatoes, seeded and chopped coarsely
1 medium to large onion, chopped coarsely
1 jalapeno, seeded and chopped finely (be careful to
wash your hands well after handling jalapenos)
1/2 cup cilantro, chopped
salt and pepper to taste
juice of 1 lime

Gently combine all the ingredients in a medium bowl.
Allow salsa to rest for 10 minutes before serving.
