Baked Chicken Salad

2 cups diced cooked chicken
1 1/2 cups diced celery
1/4 cup chopped toasted almonds
2 tsp chopped onion
1 T lemon juice
1/2 c mayonnaise I prefer Hellmans

Combine and pour into a lightly greased casserole dish
Add a layer of

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Top with
1 cup coarsely crush potato chips

Bake for 25 minutes at 375 degrees or until cheese begins to bubble
